Artist, songwriter, & musical engineer Moodyy (previously known as A.S.K./Spiritual Father) was born Ahmed Khalafalla in Fairfax, Virginia in 1999. Growing up in a Sudanese community, his love for music blossomed through his journey to discover his true self and spirituality within his culture. Moodyy found a niche in making music that speaks on mental health and self-improvement as spiritual beings, promoting inclusiveness in his community by speaking his truth.

Moodyy’s 2018 debut project “CHVKRA+” introduced his alternative soul/R&B sound to the world, featuring the single “Summer." Accumulating over 100K streams on Apple Music and Spotify, reviewers found Moodyy's music to be a breath of fresh air from the saturated hip hop industry. His 2020 releases “REBIRTH-”, "SUMMERTIME SAGA", & "SHINE" taps into his spiritual journey mixing his alternative soul/R&B sound with singing bowls and timeless melodies. Moodyy reveals more versatility with each project and single, showing his raw talent and ability to not be placed in a singular musical box.
